"Tagliatelle" with Bacon and Chanterelle

This was my delicious lunch today. Easy to prepare, noutritious and tastes really good!



This is what you have to do:

Prepare the "tagliatelle": whisk 3 eggs witha a pinch of salt. Melt 2 tsp duck fat or lard in a pan and fry 3-4 pancakes from the eggs. Roll each and cut them into stripes.

Melt 2 tsp butter and mix in the noodles. Season with more salt and pepper.

Fry the bacon and add to the tagliatelle.

Clean the chanterelles and fry them in half a tbs lard or butter. Season with salt and pepper. You can add onioin or other spices or herbs if you like.

If you tolerate dairy, you can add heavy cream or sour cream for a sauce.
