My Story
I’m Orsolya — a nutritionist with a passion for food as medicine and a firm belief in the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.
My professional journey didn’t begin in healthcare — I originally trained as a language teacher in English and Finnish. But during the years I stayed home to care for my young children, I became deeply interested in natural health, holistic living, and the healing power of food. After facing my own health challenges and supporting loved ones through theirs, I realized nutrition held the key to long-term well-being. That’s when I decided to retrain and dedicate myself fully to nutritional therapy.
Since 2005, I’ve been living in Switzerland, where I began formal studies in natural medicine in 2010 at the Ecole du Centre Naturopathique in Geneva. I specialized in nutritional therapy, and have since continued expanding my knowledge through ongoing education and clinical practice.
I’ve always loved cooking and exploring traditional preparation methods — from slow-cooked broths to grain-free baking — and I bring that same love of real food into my work. Today, I support clients using a range of evidence-based therapeutic diets, tailored to their unique health goals and preferences.
My core expertise is in ketogenic metabolic therapies, including the paleolithic ketogenic diet (PKD), which I’ve found to be transformative for people dealing with metabolic disorders, chronic inflammation, and autoimmune conditions. I’m also a certified GAPS practitioner and trained in sports nutrition.
I work online with people around the world who are ready to take their health into their own hands. Whether you’re struggling with pain, fatigue, excess weight, or a chronic condition, my goal is to help you regain energy, feel in control of your health, and live with more freedom and vitality.
