Hi, I’m Orsolya — nutritionist, metabolic health specialist, and guide for women ready to thrive through perimenopause and beyond.

My Story

In my thirties, while raising my children, I began to notice how stress, poor sleep, and convenience foods quietly reshaped my health. That journey set me on a path to understand how the right food — and the right environment — could reverse fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal chaos.

Today, my mission is to help women in midlife do the same: rebalance hormones, rebuild metabolism, and rediscover their natural energy.

Before I ever studied nutrition, I was a language teacher — which taught me how to translate complex science into practical steps. Since 2005 I’ve lived in Switzerland, studying and practicing nutritional therapy rooted in both science and nature.
