Sometimes I just like to have a nice and simple dessert. If you do too, give this soufflé a try:)
I made it without a sweetener but if you can afford it, you can add some honey to it.
One portion has 5 g fat, 7 g protein and 4 g total carbs, so eat it as a dessert after a high fat meal.

Ingredients - makes one portion
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
Pinch of salt
Lard for greasing the pan
30 g unsweetened fresh or frozen berries

Method
Preheat the air fryer.
Whisk the egg white with the salt until stiff peaks.
Add the yolk and whisk further until fluffy.
Grease a small ovenproof dish and spoon in the whipped egg.
Sprinkle the berries over the top.

Bake in the air fryer at 150 °C for 15 minutes.
Let it cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
