On-The-Go Paleo-Keto Muffins

These on-the-go PKD/keto/carnivore muffins are a quick and easy way to get your energy in the morning. These delicious bites are baked in muffin moulds for a quick grab-and-go meal for work, hiking or any travel. Enjoy!

Ingredients (makes 4 muffins)

3 eggs

45 g pork greaves

30 g pork rinds

30 g additive-free smoked pork sausage

Salt to taste


Ground the pork rinds.

Cut the sausage into samll cubes.

Blend the eggs with the greaves, add the pork rinds and mix well. Mix in the sausage cubes.

Fill four muffin moulds with the batter.

Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for 20 minutes until golden.
