🧾 Ingredients (2 servings) PKD Lamb Nuggets – Carnivore & Keto Comfort Food Recipe
300 g ground lamb or beef (20% fat)
24 g raw bone marrow
Salt
Black pepper (optional, not PKD strict)
3 eggs
100 g pork (fried beef trimmings) greaves
2–3 tbsp lard or tallow for frying
🔪 Instructions
Prepare the Meat - Push the marrow out of the bones and cut it into small pieces. Mix it into the ground lamb with a pinch of salt (and pepper if using).

Shape the Nuggets - Grease two sheets of parchment paper with lard. Place the meat mixture between the sheets and flatten it to about 2–3 cm thickness.Use a round cookie cutter to cut nugget-sized shapes.
Make the Coating - Blend the eggs, pork (beef) greaves, and a pinch of salt in a blender until smooth and uniform.

Coat the Nuggets - Dip each nugget into the egg-greaves mixture, coating thoroughly.
