This six-week package can benefit people who have weight issues or some smaller health challenges. The Metabolic Health Package includes a 60-minute initial consultation, four 30-minute follow-ups every other week, and four e-mail consults in case you have questions or concerns.

Once we book a time, I send you a blank food journal and health history questionnaire to complete and return to me prior to our appointment. I will also send you an invoice for payment.
