This package is best for clients who have a more significant weight to lose or have a longer path to better health and need more coaching and support. Includes a detailed health questionnaire, a one-week food diary, a 60-minute initial consultation, a personalised meal- and treatment plan, recipes and other support material, follow-up consultations every week, and continuous coaching by phone messaging or e-mail. 

This package is for people with more important health problems and a longer path to optimal health. 

Once we book a time, I send you a blank food journal and health history questionnaire to complete and return to me prior to our appointment. I will also send you an invoice for payment.
