This three-week package is ideal for those who have already been following a good diet and are looking for just a few improvements. If you have weight problems or digestive concerns, I recommend booking the Metabolic Health Package.
The Kickstart Health Package includes a 60-minute initial consultation, two 30-minute follow-ups, and two e-mail consults in case you have any questions or need more guidance.
Once we book a time, I send you a blank food journal and health history questionnaire to complete and return to me prior to our appointment. I will also send you an invoice for payment.
