It’s easy and very quick to make.
The main ingredients here are macadamia nuts, which are the best nuts to use in low-carb recipes. They are 88% fat, 8% carbs and 4% protein. They are very high in monounsaturated fatty acids and low in saturated and polyunsaturated fats. And most importantly, they are delicious.
about 20 cookies, nutrition facts per cookie
300 g macadamia nuts
100 g ground almonds
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
zest of one lemon
50 g 80% chocolate, cut into small pieces
Ground the macadamia nuts in a food processor.
Mix with all other ingredients.
Form small balls and bake at 160 °C for 8-10 minutes.
