Do you need a delicious snack during your hike or other outside activities?
Make these healthy snacks for more energy!
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop (20 g organic whey protein
2 tsp hemp seeds
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp mixed dry berries
2 tsp raw cocoa nibs
cinnamon, vanilla or mixed Christmas spices if you like
Mix all ingredients and form small balls.
You can add more coconut oil, depending on the amount of the dry ingredients. You can add coconut flakes or any nuts as well.
ENJOY! .......and keep in the fridge what is left. That's what I did ;)
