POWER BREAD - LECTIN FREE VERSION

Ingredients:
About 4dl cold water
300 g ground millet
4 tbs psyllium
3 tbs hemp seeds
3 tbs coconut flour
4-5 tbs ground sesame seeds
3 tbs ground flaxseeds
4 tbs sesame seeds (black and golden)
2 tsp Himalaya salt
2 tsp mixed dried herbs (optional)
1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
Mix all the ingredients.
Put the dough in a baking form and let it stay for about an hour. Heat the oven to 160-degree Celsius and bake the bread for about 40-50 minutes. Enjoy!
